Our history
1990
Company was founded, in Calgary, Alberta, by Eric Richer; originally named Richer and Associates - providing software consulting services to companies such as BMW, IBM, and Mark’s Work Warehouse (today known as Mark’s).
1994
Company wins its first contract related to the transportation industry. Enrich is launched; a system to manage equipment maintenance and materials.
1995
Enrich further developed into a full ERP solution for full-service leasing management; including accounting, inventory tracking, and maintenance.
1997
Enrich launch rolls out to the transportation industry throughout North America.
Industry-specific modules for Full-Service Truck Leasing added to the Enrich software suite.
1999
Development of Enrich modules expands with the addition of specific solutions for lease and rental management, contract and asset management, and financials.
2000
Creation of remote access service (RA) for hosting Enrich – enabling customers to remotely access the application without investment in server hardware.
2003
RSG completes its back-office modules selection to include: licenses and fuel tax, fuel management, and the integration of payroll and human resources with Optimum Solutions. Wins first European customer.
2005/1
Enrich Software Corp. (ESC) formed to market Enrich to transportation and full-service truck lease and rental companies.
ESC launches Customer Web Access - allowing customers of leasing and transportation companies real-time access to their Enrich data.
2005/2
RSG develops new Business process tool, Enrich Workflow Solutions.
2011
Enrich reporting tool released: Business Owner Access.
2018
Enrich launches Rental Check, the first of several new workflow solutions.
2022
Enrich acquired by Aspire Software, an operating group of Valsoft Corp, a vertical acquisition software company that owns, operates and manages a portfolio of companies in various industries.
2024
Enrich Web Connect is released allowing for desktop web access, SSO capabilities, and document management.
