Enrich PTF 649 Available

Enrich is pleased to launch PTF Release 649. There are a number of improvements in this release, including:

• The equipment upload program has been improved to support adding and changing unit records.

• A new table has been created for Special Order parts; you can now specify a unit for a purchase order (i.e. a special order) and have it automatically applied to all lines of the PO.

• The net invoice amount no longer defaults into the Receipt Information screen. A new display-only field displays the value, but the user must now enter the invoice amount into the screen.

• When adding a manual voucher into Accounts Payable, users reference specific unit numbers to have the amounts expensed/capitalized against the specific unit, negating the need to do a separate equipoment journal voucher.

• A new user business parameter, Billing Forecast Initial View, has been created, allowing you to specify whether the user's initial view includes contract, customer, and unit counts or closed units.

• New filters for Billing Cycle and Customer Accounting Cycle have been added to the billing forecast screens to hep users narrow the scope of the billing records they are working with.
