Contract Billing and CPI Operations Workshop
Enable Operations, Finance, and Billing teams to confidently prepare, execute, and validate CPI contract adjustments within Enrich. Participants will learn how to identify CPI-eligible contracts, run CPI increases, update contract rates, and troubleshoot billing issues while maintaining accurate reporting and customer communication.
